Scientific Publications and the Karaganda Industrial University have entered into a Memorandum of Cooperation, which became the basis for further joint activities of organisations in the field of science, scientometrics, and scientific publications.
Partnership with scientific organisations in Kazakhstan is one of the top priorities of Scientific Publications. Such cooperation opens new opportunities for the mutual development of institutions.
Karaganda Industrial University is actively pursuing academic activities and closely follows its progressive trends. One of the innovative steps in this area was the entry into a Memorandum with the Scientific Publications company.
As a result of cooperation, on November 25, 2021, at the opening of the XI International Research-to-Practice Conference «Innovative Technologies and Engineering», which was held online, it was decided to conclude a Memorandum. The conference was attended by the leadership of the Karaganda Industrial University and participants from more than 8 countries.

Scientific Publications was represented by the head of the Department of Personal Services Denys Hlushko. As part of his speech, he discussed the priorities for further cooperation of organisations and ways of implementing the partnership, and also noted the progressiveness of the Karaganda Industrial University and the readiness to adopt advanced academic practices. The areas of cooperation have been outlined as follows:
- Information and consulting cooperation aimed at developing academic projects of mutual interest.
- Comprehensive partnership in the field of science, scientometrics, and scientific publications.
- Organisation of joint scientific and educational projects.
- Consulting support on publishing activities and placement of studies in journals indexed by international databases.
- Exchange of academic information and documents.
The implementation of the Memorandum is an innovative solution for universities and scientific organisations. It allows more effectively developing scientific, publishing activities, improving the basic scientometric indicators of institutions.
